Kraken Crafts is a brand of Kraken Steel ("we"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle the personal data of people who visit the krakencrafts.eu website or write to us. When the online shop opens, this policy will be updated to cover order data.

- Website visits: aggregated statistics (pages viewed, country, device type), without cookies and without identifying visitors.
- Technical data: the IP address and time of requests, logged temporarily by the hosting service for security.

- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, DNS and cookieless aggregated statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Google Ireland Ltd.: email (Google Workspace).
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
6. International transfers
Cloudflare and Google may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Portuguese Law No. 58/2019, you have the right to:
- access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your personal data;
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
